About the painted nose tribe sanctuary
Get to know The Painted Nose Tribe Sanctuary and our mission to provide a safe haven for animals in need and a home that will last forever.. Learn about our values, our work, the Indigenous background these animals are named for and often treated with, and how you can help us make a difference in the lives of animals and the community. We are located at 10572 Puddin Swamp Road in Turbeville, South Carolina, United States.

Our current focus
Right now, we really want y'all to know that we are here. Becoming a Sanctuary was a necessity done very spur of the moment, and this website is a bit slap-dash. We desperately need help, any help you are willing to give to help the animals that we have inherited. Please contact us if you can help in ANY way. We are a small to medium size rescue/rehab/sanctuary.

Guiding principles
We are of Indigenous lineage and love the land. We are doing what we are doing for the love of our Lord and Savior and for the love of the animals. We keep in mind the peace and gentle hand of St. Peter and honor my ancestors in all we do. Every animal deserves a name as it is an individual and every animal needs to be honored and respected.

Positive impact
It is hard to put a hierarchy on what they need first... we provide a safe space, love, food, water, medical care and we help the community understand what is going on with the animals in their area, especially, but not exclusively, Community Cats.
"The Painted Nose Tribe Sanctuary has given our community's feral cats a new lease on life. Their dedication is truly inspiring!"
